Marketing specialist founder communications

• Own marketing and communication initiatives from initial input through final delivery
• Turn complex ideas, notes, and numbers into clear, founder-ready messages for Linked In, emails, decks, landing pages, and internal documents
• Write and edit content on behalf of founders while preserving their tone, intent, and brevity
• Support positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and curated founder, partner, and investor events
• Research startups, markets, events, and ecosystems, and turn findings into actionable angles
• Manage timelines, follow-ups, and execution details independently
• Identify gaps, risks, and misalignment, and suggest concrete next steps
• Improve work that does not meet the expected standard
• Support business associate initiatives, including founder-facing positioning, communications, partnerships, and curated events
• Support recruitment go-to-market initiatives, including messaging, role positioning, candidate-facing content, and founder communication
• Learn new tools quickly and navigate different systems
• Understand CRM, funnels, attribution, and conversion
• Prioritize multiple requests and make trade-offs based on business impact
• Turn raw information into clear insights and actionable next steps
• Write concise, well-judged communications on behalf of founders
• Interpret basic traffic, conversion, engagement, and funnel metrics and use data to support decisions
• Use AI in daily workflows for research, synthesis, and structuring without outsourcing judgment, positioning, or creative thinking
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
• Remote role for candidates in Ukraine and Europe
• At least 4–5 hours per day of overlap with US time (EST) is required
