Marketing Specialist

Fuser is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that connects EV charging station operators with trusted EVSE professionals for installation, maintenance, and repairs. Our platform makes it easy to find trusted professionals to keep EVSE operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and adoption of our innovative EV charging software platform. This role will develop messaging, content, and digital marketing assets to support the company's growth objectives.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including email, social media, webinars, conferences and events
• Create compelling marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts
• Manage the company's social media presence across channels like Linked In and other business to business platforms
• Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales cycle
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize based on insights
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities
• Maintain and update the company website with fresh, SEO-optimized content
• Assist with the development of sales enablement materials like presentations, one-pagers etc.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 1+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment (desired)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
• Working knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools
• Experience with digital marketing tactics like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience in the EV charging, cleantech, sustainability or energy industries a plus
• Ability to travel as needed (approx. 25%)
