We're partnering with a NYC-based boutique digital growth marketing agency that runs customer acquisition programs for e-commerce and digitally led brands. They work as a high-touch extension of their clients' teams across paid media, SEO, CRO, affiliate, email, and creative, and they are building out their creative capability from the ground up.

• Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social campaigns across product launches and growth initiatives on Meta and Tik Tok.
• Collaborate with the growth team to design experiments, analyze performance data, and refine creative based on insights.
• Manage end-to-end creative workflows, including concepting, briefing designers and editors, and reviewing final deliverables.
• Conduct audience and persona research to identify new segments and improve campaign targeting.
• Monitor social trends, platform shifts, and the competitive landscape to keep creative strategy sharp.
• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve output quality and efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in paid social platforms and best practices across Meta and Tik Tok.
• A strong analytical mindset balanced with genuine creative instincts.
• Experience conducting audience research and turning insights into actionable creative direction.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in creative workflows.
