Marketing Manager

The client is a London-based AI training and transformation consultancy. You will own marketing end to end for a small, fast-growing business, reporting to a fractional CMO who sets direction.

• Take briefs from the fractional CMO and execute them end to end to a high standard
• Build and ship email campaigns and automated sequences in Active Campaign
• Own the content and publishing calendar across Linked In, Facebook and Instagram
• Write short-form copy for campaigns, emails, social, and show notes
• Run the SEO program and determine topics the business should own
• Run and optimize paid campaigns and report on cost and return

• Experience owning marketing end to end at a small business or startup
• Deep expertise in one or two areas with competence across others
• Strong numeracy with defensible campaign results and cost per lead
• Technical mindset, quick to pick up tools, and able to use AI effectively
• Ability to work independently from a written brief and deliver on time
• Experience in B2B marketing to business leaders and event marketing
