Associate Director, Media Strategy & Execution, leading development and implementation of integrated digital media strategies to enhance patient and healthcare professional engagement for Amylyx's clinical-stage programs targeting PBH, Wolfram syndrome, and ALS.
Responsibilities:- craft cross-channel media plans across paid, owned, earned, and emerging digital platforms
- translate brand insights into actionable media initiatives
- manage budgets and agency partnerships
- develop measurement frameworks and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- design compliant content strategies, including influencer programs
- and collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, legal, analytics, IT)
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years in media strategy, digital marketing, or related fields within life sciences
- experience managing omnichannel digital campaigns, media budgets, and vendor relationships
- deep understanding of patient/HCP engagement, healthcare marketing compliance, and digital analytics
- proficiency with media platforms, BI tools, CRM, and marketing automation
- strong communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills
familiarity with U.S. healthcare ecosystem, media measurement approaches, and creative content for Meta and social platforms.
Work setup:remote within the U.S. with travel to Cambridge, MA several times a year; candidates preferably based in New England.
Compensation:$173K-$203K, commensurate with experience.
