Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - SEO Content Specialist

Location: Boise,

Pay Range: $42.41 hourly

Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

• Own SEO content workflows by managing intake, outlining, production coordination, review, and publishing status tracking.

• Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) and translate findings into SEO-driven content outlines.

• Coordinate with writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to move content through production stages while maintaining pipeline visibility for stakeholders.

• Track and report basic content performance, clearly communicating what was executed successfully and what needs improvement.

• Improve search visibility through on-page optimization, including internal linking enhancements and offsite outreach to build high-quality backlinks.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.

• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush or similar) and a strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.

• Experience with GEO concepts and AI search optimization, including how LLMs discover, read, and cite content.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work directly with tech teams on site health and schema implementation needs.

• Work on SEO/GEO execution that directly supports search performance and content discoverability.

• Build scalable, answer-first content structures designed for both search engines and AI-driven experiences.

• Strengthen internal linking and entity coverage to improve retrieval across search and generative platforms.

• Collaborate across writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to deliver content that meets clear SEO standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing drafts, optimizing alignment to target keywords, and reporting outcomes.
