Role Description

Make A Difference Now Volunteers will assist with organizing community outreach programs, supporting educational initiatives, and coordinating activities for youth. Depending on experience and interests, responsibilities may include mentoring, planning and implementing workshops, helping with event marketing, grant writing and collaborating with team members to achieve the organization's mission. Volunteers will play a critical role in fostering positive experiences and opportunities for children and youth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and teamwork skills
• Organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
• Effective communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Passion for education, community engagement, and youth empowerment
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Experience in counseling, teaching, or activity coordination is a plus
• A high degree of cultural sensitivity and adaptability
