How will you impact our mission? Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Driver in one of our Distribution Centers, you will help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by delivering items between the stores and distribution center, sending quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits of which fund our programs and services to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.

Must

Haves
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid Idaho driver’s license; driving record must be acceptable
  • Have basic math, reading, and writing skills
Our Drivers
  • Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
  • Distribute merchandise to and from the stores; take items to, dump, or recycle as needed
  • Have a safety mindset

This position will have a schedule of Wednesday – Sunday from 9:30 am – 6 pm.

As a 501(c)(3) non‑profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
