Responsibilities
Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Admissions RN to assess potential patients for admission! The Admissions Department screens and assesses patients in settings ranging from: triaging patients from hospitals, performing scheduled assessments, and crisis management of walk‑in patients with acute mental health and/or substance use disorder. Admissions works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, and nursing staff to access the appropriate level of care required to stabilize the patient's emotional health.

Shift: Full‑time day/evening shift 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday rotating.
QualificationsEducation: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho. Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (we provide) and CPR.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the State of Idaho. Preferred experience in psychiatric setting.
