ResponsibilitiesAdmissions RN to assess potential patients for admission. The Admissions Department screens and assesses patients in settings ranging from triaging patients from hospitals, performing scheduled assessments, and crisis management of walk‑in patients with acute mental health and/or substance use disorder. Admissions works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, and nursing staff to access the appropriate level of care required to stabilize the patient's emotional health.

Full‑time day/evening shift 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday rotating.
LocationIntermountain Hospital located in Boise, Idaho. 151‑bed facility, located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's dramatic Sawtooth Mountains.
Qualifications- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Idaho.
- Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction (we provide) and CPR.
- Preferred experience in psychiatric setting.
