BHS specializes in comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings. • Provide face‑to‑face psychiatric services to patients directly in Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Appropriately diagnose DSM‑V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply appropriate medical decision‑making skills for mental health issues, including psychopharmacology options and non‑pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

• Full‑time or Part‑time available W2 Billable Model or 1099 Independent Contractor Rates.
• As a provider with BHS, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule and preferred days of the week.

• Licensed in Idaho by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Idaho Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (possessing a DEA).
• Possession of Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees).
• 1 year of geriatric psych experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Athena I, a plus).
• Excellent written communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, organized, and functions under stressful situations.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
