Travel Nurse - ICU

Job Title: Travel Nurse - RN ICU (SICU/MICU)

Pay: $43.93/hr - $53.72/HR

We are seeking experienced ICU RNs to join the SICU and MICU units for a 3-month contract assignment
. The selected candidate will work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM), Monday through Friday
, delivering exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in specialized ICU units. This opportunity offers a rewarding experience in critical care nursing, along with competitive compensation.

The RN will be responsible for implementing medical care plans, managing critical situations, and ensuring the highest standard of care across both the Surgical ICU (SICU) and Medical ICU (MICU).

• Departments: RMC SICU & MICU
• Shift Timings: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3 days/week, 12-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Duration: Expected to start January 12, 2025
• Number of Positions: 1

• Active RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
  , preferably in SICU/MICU
• BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
• Ability to handle high-acuity patients and respond effectively in emergencies
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients in SICU and MICU
• Implement and oversee medical care plans as directed by physicians
• Direct and supervise nursing personnel assigned to the unit
• Maintain standard unit operations in the absence of the Head Nurse
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities
• Perform additional duties as assigned
