The Circulating Nurse will play a key role in coordinating and facilitating patient care within the operating room. Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms for procedures, assisting surgical teams by maintaining a sterile environment, monitoring patient safety and comfort during procedures, and ensuring compliance with approved surgical practices. Additionally, the nurse will maintain documentation and communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure seamless operations.

- Proficiency in Surgical Nursing and Operating Room procedures
- Knowledge and experience in Perioperative practices and protocols
- Extensive background in Nursing and Medicine with a focus on patient-centered care
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
- Active RN license in Idaho (or the ability to obtain one prior to employment)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); CNOR certification is a plus
- Experience working in high-volume surgical settings is beneficial
