Role OverviewThis full‑time, on‑site role is for a Nurse Practitioner located in Boise, practitioner will provide patient‑centered care focused on identifying and treating root causes of health issues, including conducting thorough patient consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, performing diagnostic testing, and managing follow‑up care. Collaboration with the healthcare team, staying current with functional medicine best practices, and providing education and support to patients are key responsibilities.
Qualifications- Licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or similar) in the state of Idaho
- Experience in functional medicine, including expertise or interest in hormone balance, gut health, regenerative medicine, and brain health
- Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in patient education and communication to ensure understanding of treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing patient needs
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in functional medicine practices
