We are currently accepting applications to our Graduate Nurse Residencies for Spring/Summer 2026 Graduate Nurses . The application is open to students who are graduating now to August 2026.

Things You Should Know

Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting:

Requirements

• Must have a Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon).
• Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
• Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.

Recommendations

Make sure your resume is up to date and thorough in describing any applicable experience and education - particularly your clinical rotations! Please include all non-medical jobs too! Anything that highlights customer service, multi-tasking, critical thinking, independent judgement, leadership, etc - all these things apply to nursing!
