Join Vibra Healthcare as a Part‑Time RN to provide expert nursing care during the night shift for our Med‑Surg unit. The role requires a 12‑hour shift schedule and the opportunity to advance through the Clinical Career Ladder for full‑time employees.

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized plans of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and delegate nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, and establish professional relationships.
• Fulfill all hospital responsibilities and develop clinical expertise in the specialty area.

• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.

• Previous acute‑care experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards, and strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Independent decision‑making when circumstances warrant.
• Computer and software proficiency; drug and alcohol compliance.
