We are hiring for a RN Lead at Capital City Family Medicine Clinic!
What You Can ExpectAs the RN Lead, this role provides clinical leadership and day‑to‑day operational support for the clinic team while fostering a positive, collaborative care environment.
- Prepare for and lead monthly clinical staff meetings and support daily staff huddles in collaboration with leadership.
- Promote team building and actively encourage a positive, supportive culture within the clinic.
- Serve as a resource for staff by helping navigate team conflict and supporting professional communication.
- Participate in daily rounding with clinic leadership, staff, and providers to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.
- Assist with managing daily work assignments, including adjusting schedules to accommodate call‑outs and changing clinic needs.
- Support the rollout of staff education, new procedures, and updated processes to ensure consistent practice.
- Attend provider meetings and partner with providers to support clinic operations and patient care goals.
- Provide support with higher‑acuity patient care as needed.
- Perform clinical triage for patients presenting with urgent or emergent symptoms.
- Collaborate with other clinic RNs to ensure consistency in workflows, expectations, and team communication.
Schedule: Flexible with 4‑9 hour shifts or 4‑8 hour shift, and a 4 hour shift. 7:45 a.m. shift start time.
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor of Nursing Degree - Experience:
3 years’ experience - Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
