As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will play a crucial role in providing direct nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and leading a dedicated team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) within a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Delivering quality nursing care through compassionate interpersonal contact.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Assigning duties and providing clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification upon hire (or to be obtained during orientation).

• Full-Time 12-Hour Day Shifts available.
• Sign-On Bonus: $7,000 for Full-Time LPN NOC Shift (paid over time).
• Shift Differentials: Evening $1 | NOC $5.
• Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 for 3 years after 90 days of employment.
