Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Life Care Center of Boise!
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. In this full-time role, you will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and lead a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.
YourResponsibilities Include:
- Delivering compassionate nursing care to our patients.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Supervising and assigning duties to CNAs.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification (or obtain during orientation).

- Flexible
Shifts:
Full-time 12-hour day shifts available. - Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $7,000 bonus for full-time night shift positions (paid out over time).
- Shift Differentials: Earn an additional $1 for evening shifts and $5 for night shifts.
- Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 over three years after 90 days of employment.
