Your Role

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Deliver quality nursing care through compassionate interpersonal contact.
  • Assess patient needs and revise care plans based on their evolving conditions.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We Offer
  • Flexible

    Shifts:

    Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available.
  • Shift Differentials: Evening shifts earn an additional $1/hour.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $7,000 for full-time NOC shift RNs (paid over time).
  • Student Loan Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 each year after 90 days of employment.
Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
  • Current CPR certification (or obtain during orientation).

  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and good judgment in patient care.
  • Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
