We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ICU RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and neurological status
• Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and initiate life-saving interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records

• Critical care nursing
• Patient assessment and monitoring
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring
• Emergency response and critical thinking

• CCRN knowledge base
• Advanced life support techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Time management in high-acuity settings
• Patient and family education

• Current and valid state RN License
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, critical care preferred
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
