• Location: Boise,
• Start Date: 01/04/2027
• End Date: 07/05/2027
• Shift: 4x10-hour days (07:00 - 17:00), including call shifts
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week (plus call)
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: Board Certified (BC), DEA, CSR required; open to licensing
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (considering 6 months with strong credentials)

• Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40/hour

• Provide anesthesia supervision in various hospital departments including OR, cath labs, endoscopy, imaging, and specials
• Administer supervision-based anesthesia for adult and geriatric patients, with 90%+ over age 12
• Perform spinal blocks and arterial lines, with occasional opportunities for other procedures
• Manage anesthesia for diverse surgical cases such as GYN, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, and more
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level II Trauma environment
• Document patient care efforts via EPIC EMR system
• Participate in call coverage according to facility schedule requirements

• Required:
  • Board Certification (BC)
  • Active DEA and CSR
  • Valid license (open to licensing)
  • Minimum 1 year experience, or 6 months with strong qualifications
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Level II Trauma cases
  • Capable of spinal blocks and arterial line procedures
