The unit is a fast-paced 32-bed inpatient area serving acute surgical and trauma patients, operating as a step-down unit with opportunities across specialties and a collaborative Together Care Team Model.
This role features self-scheduled nights, three 12-hour shifts weekly, and rotating weekends, with pathways to growth into Emergency Room or Critical Care through mentorship and teamwork.
