The Operating Room RN will be present and circulate for all surgical and endoscopic procedures performed in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Join our team as a Casual Operating Room Registered Nurse
, supporting our five Surgery Centers located in Woodbury, Eagan, Vadnais Heights, Plymouth, and Minnetonka
. In this role, your will have a designated home base is ourand will float to other locations as needed, providing exceptional patient care and teamwork across our network.

The OR RN will:

• Required to collect, interpret, record, and communicate pertinent data that are relative to the patient’s care in the operating room.
• Utilizes data collected to plan for intraoperative nursing care.
• Provides direct care to patients to meet their physical and psychological needs.
• Continuously evaluates the patient’s response to nursing interventions and modifies the nursing plan of care to achieve optimal outcome.

Summit's hiring range for this position is $40.77 to $54.33 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. Associates or better in Nursing or related field.

Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field.

Minimum of 6 months of Operating Room Circulating experience required. Orthopedic experience is preferred.
