This position supports our Boise service region by providing fast, reliable treatment for active pest issues while educating customers on prevention strategies. The role includes great compensation, paid training, licensing support, and long-term career growth.

We are hiring a Pest Control Sales Technician to serve our growing Boise customer base. You will diagnose pest activity, explain treatment plans, and apply pest control products that protect families from spiders, ants, wasps, rodents, and seasonal infestations. You’ll perform scheduled treatments, recommend ongoing protection plans, and ensure customers feel confident in preventing recurring pest problems.

• Educate homeowners about pest issues such as spiders, ants, and rodent access points
• Recommend treatment plans and ongoing pest prevention programs
• Follow up with customers to ensure treatment effectiveness
• Promote add-on services such as mosquito treatments and rodent control

• Perform pest control treatments for spiders, ants, wasps, rodents, and general household pests
• Inspect homes for entry points, nesting areas, webbing, droppings, and signs of activity
• Apply products safely in accordance with Idaho licensing standards
• Document treatment notes, chemicals used, and follow-up needs in the CRM
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment while servicing Boise neighborhoods such as Harris Ranch, North End, Columbia Village, and Warm Springs

• Communicate route changes and customer needs with the Boise office
• Participate in ongoing training and Idaho pest licensing requirements
• Support occasional outreach or seasonal services (holiday lighting, mosquito treatment, rodent protection)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a daily route independently across Boise and nearby cities
• Comfortable working outdoors and around common household pests
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; kneel, bend, and climb ladders
• Willing to obtain Idaho pest technician licensing (training provided)
• Experience in pest services, construction/home repair, landscaping, or customer sales is helpful but not required
