Key ResponsibilitiesSupport molecular biology-based screening and characterization for discovery-stage biotherapeutics
Prepare, analyze, and document biochemical reagents and samples using various techniques
Execute experiments following established protocols and maintain accurate laboratory documentation
QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in biochemistry, chemical or biomedical engineering, or related fields required
2+ years of academic or industrial research experience required
Experience with PCR, molecular cloning, and cell-free protein synthesis required
Experience with protein expression and purification required
Experience with analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE and capillary electrophoresis required
