Experienced Bartender

Diablo and Sons Saloon is looking for professionally-minded world-class bartenders with lots of experience in diverse bar & restaurant environments. The right candidate understands that bartending is a meaningful and serious profession, and reflects that idea in their work ethic, approach to the craft, and presentation. Our bartenders are the perpetual motion machines that turn all of the larger gears in the restaurant, and the metered shake of a cocktail is the heart beat of the whole dining room.

Required skills, attributes, & qualifications include:

• The ability to create drink recipes that are balanced, relevant, and demonstrate an understanding of the cultural heritage of mixed drinks.

• Flourishes in a collaborative work environment, inspiring a curious & creative spirit in their peers.

• A natural curiosity and insatiable thirst for what’s current and cool in cocktails (a lotta c’s in that sentence!)

• Style! Excellent bartending is part performance, after all.
