Be the friendly face that starts a great visit. As a Host, you’ll welcome guests, keep the lobby organized, and help everyone settle in. Whether you’re greeting a regular or helping someone discover their new favorite restaurant, you’ll set the tone with a warm welcome and a confident, helpful attitude.

• Greet arriving guests and thank them as they leave.
• Manage the waitlist and communicate wait times clearly.
• Seat guests promptly while balancing table availability and the service team’s pace.
• Keep the entrance, lobby, and host stand clean and welcoming.
• Answer guest questions and phone calls professionally.
• Communicate seating needs and guest requests to the team.
• Follow the restaurant’s hospitality standards and help teammates as needed.
