Key Holder - Aveda (Part Time, 25 hrs, Boise, )

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You'll use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the behaviours that the sales team must demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

In addition, you will carry out start‑and‑end of day cash reconciliation, and be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. • Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Perform day‑to‑day cash reconciliation and handle cash responsibilities.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to customers.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, opening and closing duties.
• Desirable: prior supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
