• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special‑occasion rentals
• Participate in team selling to positively impact store sales volume and metrics goals
• Assist with visual merchandising, store set‑up, and merchandise stock counts
• Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale

• Must stand and walk for the majority of shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders to reach merchandise, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors
