The Inventory Liquidation Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining physical inventory through NAPA’s classification (“class”) process of pulling overages and preparing shipments to be returned to the distribution center (DC). This regional position often requires traveling to different store locations within or beyond the region and working closely with Store and Regional Managers to manage inventory overages.

• Conduct and complete quarterly physical inventory class pulls to return to the distribution center (DC).
• Read and understand generated pull reports provided by the central office.
• Utilize scanner to collect and report pulled quantities.
• Package pulled physical inventory and prepare for shipment.
• Coordinate with managers to report inventory findings and activities.
• Assist stores with inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and find solutions for inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude, conduct, and appearance.
• Work with Store, Regional, and Asset/Inventory Control Managers to protect and maintain company assets.
• Help with and promote overall cleanliness of the stockroom and store.
• Perform other assignments and duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Previous inventory experience preferred.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Proficient problem‑solving and investigatory skills.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers.
• Proficient attention to detail, accuracy.
• Self‑motivated.

• Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
• Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
