Position: RV Cleaner | Wash pad Technician (Seasonal)

Our busy family‑owned business is looking to add additional members to what we call the “Wash pad Team.” The role involves thoroughly cleaning new and used inventory when it arrives at our dealership, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of units on the lot and in the showroom, and immaculately cleaning sold boats and RVs before delivery. Other duties may include applying protective sealants to boats and RVs, washing customer vehicles, cleaning company loaner cars and golf carts used by sales team, and occasionally working offsite to set up and clean RV and boat shows at event venues.

To join this fun and professional cleaning team, you should possess strong teamwork and hospitality skills, have an eye for detail, take pride in your work, and be familiar with tools and agents used to clean homes and vehicles.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of inventory on the lot
  • Thoroughly clean sold boats, RVs, and vehicles inside and out before delivery to customers
  • Wash customer tow vehicles as needed
  • Follow dealership policy to ensure client vehicles are handled with care and operated safely
  • Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, air hoses, vacuums, and brushes to meet standards
  • Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products to maintain the quality of inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation
  • $16–18 hourly DOE
Schedule
  • Full‑time
  • Monday – Friday
  • Saturday availability as needed
  • Day shift only aligning with dealership hours of operation
  • Seasonal with potential to become year‑round work
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lb. regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity for operating cleaning tools and equipment
  • Balance and care when working around vehicles, boats, and RVs
