As the Senior Accountant, you will be essential in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the GL Operations team. This is a key role that supports partnerships with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FP&A and other stakeholders across the organization. • Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring a timely Month End Close and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Perform intercompany transactions, eliminations and consolidations using Net Suite
• Execute time-sensitive payment runs, payroll funding, cash forecasting, and daily treasury operations; key collaborator and support cash forecasting
• Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Work closely with other departments and serve as point of contact for GL operational related questions and inquiries
• Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense report processing, purchasing card review, treasury transactions
• Assist with audit deliverables as well as other ad hoc requests
• Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities; champion and drive automation and AI solutions
• Partner closely with our Offshore team, offering support and guidance necessary to maintain high-performing global team and ensure tracking to deadlines
