$95,000.00 – $ per year.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced sales professional to master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, build and nurture a client base, and drive new business.
Differentiated from the start, you’ll also have the opportunity to train and mentor new sales teammates as you grow within the organization.

- Disciplined, determined, and capable of independent work
- Proficient at handling objections and closing sales, unflappable under pressure
- Committed to 40–45 hour work weeks
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
- Thrives on sales challenges and remains fully engaged
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willingness to obtain one; training and licensing fee reimbursement available)
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience (or within 6 months of graduation or less than 4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay plus commissions (no caps), short sales cycle (3 business days)
- Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
