100% Onsite, NO remote or Hybrid Schedule available.

Full‑time – Temp to Hire Opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Lead structured, persuasive enrollment interviews.
  • Educate prospects on academic programs, career outcomes, student services, and financial considerations.
  • Assess candidate readiness and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment.
  • Consistently follow up to move candidates through the enrollment funnel.
  • Partner with Student Finance to remove barriers and close enrollments.
  • Meet or exceed individual enrollment, activity, and conversion goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM/student system.
  • Manage your pipeline to balance new interviews, follow‑ups, and enrolled students.
  • Participate in enrollment reviews, forecasting, and performance coaching.
  • Build referral relationships and generate additional inquiries.

  • High conversion from interview to enrollment.
  • Accurate forecasting and clean documentation.
  • Positive student experience from first contact through start date.
  • Reliable achievement of individual performance goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate degree required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of high‑volume customer service, inside sales, admissions, or call‑center experience.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions through consultative conversations.
  • Strong objection‑handling and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
