We are looking for engaging and outgoing personalities for our Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) position. Our WMAs lead the sales and customer service of our members and new clients, creating an exceptional experience each time.

• Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program.
• Be the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create a positive environment.

• Ability to follow our proven sales process and build customer loyalty.
• Enjoy talking and listening.
• Can turn every incident of client criticism into a story of great service.

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Team-oriented and able to learn new computer software.

• Work 18-36 hours per week.
• Hourly pay $15–$17.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
