In this role, you will be empowered to:
- Assist with mentoring, training, and developing representatives.
- Build and strengthen connections within your community.
- Present the value of our products to business owners.
- Close opportunities using a proven system developed by our territory.

- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers.
- Field Training: Conduct field training and joint field work with your agency team.
- Sales Management: Oversee sales meetings and orientations for both new and experienced sales agents.
- B2B Sales: Support business-to-business employee benefits sales activities and manage accounts.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and other decision-makers.
- Corporate Culture: Foster a corporate culture characterized by high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun.
- Broker Relations: Develop and maintain broker relationships.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in building and leading a team of independent sales agents.
- Life & Accident/Health Insurance License - (not required to apply but must be obtained).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate sales teams.
