We re seeking a salesâminded Enrollment Services Associate who thrives in a fastâpaced, highâvolume environment and excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective students toward enrollment. This role blends consultative sales, customer service, and relationship management ideal for candidates with admissions, inside sales, or callâcenter experience who enjoy closing the loop from first call to start date.
WhatYou ll Do
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students
- Lead structured, persuasive enrollment interviews
- Educate prospects on academic programs, career outcomes, student services, and financial considerations
- Assess candidate readiness and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment
- Consistently follow up to move candidates through the enrollment funnel
- Partner with Student Finance to remove barriers and close enrollments
- Meet or exceed individual enrollment, activity, and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the CRM/student system
- Manage your pipeline to balance new interviews, followâups, and enrolled students
- Participate in enrollment reviews, forecasting, and performance coaching
- Build referral relationships and generate additional inquiries
- Strong outbound activity and consistent followâup
- High conversion from interview to enrollment
- Accurate forecasting and clean documentation
- Positive student experience from first contact through start date
- Reliable achievement of individual performance goals
- Associate degree required;
Bachelorâs degree preferred - 3+ years of highâvolume customer service, inside sales, admissions, or callâcenter experience
- Proven ability to influence decisions through consultative conversations
- Strong objectionâhandling and closing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Highly organized, selfâmotivated, and goalâdriven
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Performanceâdriven environment with clear goals and metrics
