We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new revenue and grow long-term customer relationships for our Accelerated Title, National Title Exchange, and product lines —

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning your territory and closing new business
, both virtually and in-person.

Core Responsibilities
  • Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, in-dealership visits, and targeted outreach
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across dealerships, auctions, and automotive partners
  • Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Conduct compelling online and in-person product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and drive deals to completion
  • Accurately manage pipeline activity using Hub Spot
  • Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure customer adoption and long-term success
  • Represent Vitu at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Out of state travel as needed (limited but intentional)
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for proven closers who can build trust quickly and operate independently.

Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a documented track record of success
  • Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or hybrid sales roles
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals remotely
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven
  • Comfortable presenting technology solutions using virtual demo tool.
  • Experience selling into automotive dealerships or related industries is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Earnings

Target Variable: $100,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 – $185,000

Final compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications.
