Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys' first commercial product targeting hypertension, CKD, and related conditions with a highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor.
Responsibilities:- develop a deep understanding of disease state and clinical data
- execute territory business plans
- drive product adoption among healthcare providers
- analyze trends and adjust strategies
- deliver sales targets
- build trusted relationships
- ensure compliant customer engagement.
- Also, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, reimbursement, and leadership teams to optimize territory performance and share market insights.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience (preferably in cardiometabolic or specialty sales)
- proven sales success
- strong clinical communication skills
- and ability to operate autonomously.
- launch experience
- specialty sales background
- and familiarity with complex scientific data.
focus on hypertension, CKD, sleep apnea, biologics or small molecules in early or post-approval stages, with significant travel (up to 60%).
Work Setup:fully remote in U.S., with travel requirements.
