Territory Sales Executive​/Coatings & Waterproofing – Own Northwest | Untapped Market

Can live in Idaho, Washington, Northern California or Oregon

A profitable, 40+ year old, ESOP-backed coatings and waterproofing manufacturer, still lean and founder-led, is hiring a Territory Sales Executive to build the Northwest market. The company's systems have been specified on projects for names like Marriott and Disney.

• Untapped Territory:
  The territory is 80%+ untapped, with a path to $2M+ within two years and $3M-$8M longer-term. You keep and grow every account you win.
• Stability: A 40+ year track record, 90%+ repeat and referral business, and the backing of a multi-billion-dollar ESOP parent that leaves the company independent.
• Impact:
  You'll own Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California with direct access to leadership and mentoring from an established West Coast rep.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $110K-120K, plus a sign-on bonus and uncapped commission.

• Fully remote, autonomous field role with a flexible travel and expense approach.

A proven hunter who is energized by opening new doors and building relationships from scratch.

B2B sales experience in construction, coatings, waterproofing, building products, or a similar technical, project-based environment.

A relationship builder who is credible with both contractors and architects or specifiers.

Self-directed and comfortable working remotely, with travel of around 50%.
