• Manage access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Provide professional customer service while carrying out security-related tasks and responding to client inquiries.
• Assist in emergency response activities, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor and document observations during patrols, reporting any unusual conditions or incidents as required.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment in a tech, media, and telecom setting.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience working at limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
