As a Security Professional – Telecom Access Monitor in Boise, , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Screener in a cutting‑edge technology environment, you will help to deter security‑related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your visible presence will contribute to a secure atmosphere where you interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain access control protocols.

• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies for the location.
• Screen individuals entering the premises, verifying credentials and/or identification as required by site protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of screening activities and incidents as required by the site.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security‑related concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities according to established procedures for the technology environment.

• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
