Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM Sat 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Manage access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining logs according to established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Document observations, incidents, and security‑related activities in daily reports as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of experience in a security‑related role is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work at locations with limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
