Job Schedule: Day Time
Mon 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Tue 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Perform access control duties to help regulate entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and identify any potential issues.
• Monitor and operate security‑related equipment such as surveillance cameras and access control systems as required by the site.
• Report security‑related incidents, irregularities, or unusual situations to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and client representatives.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of one year of security‑related experience is required.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Experience working in environments with limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
