In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses, perform a variety of grill cleaning services, and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. • Evaluate and diagnose designated appliance problems
• Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
• Repair designated appliances
• Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
• Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
• Educate customers on best practices to maintain their appliances
• Maintain accurate and detailed records including before and after photos of work

• High school diploma/GED
• Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred
• Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
