We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator who is willing to work in the field and whose primary responsibility is to operate a dozer safely and efficiently. This person must be willing to carry out company policies and values while thriving in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage
    - Depending on demonstrated abilities

  • 401K plan available for eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. IMCO offers 100% contribution matching up to 4% of the employee’s eligible wages.
Responsibilities

This list is an overview of responsibilities and may not include all duties required for the position.

  • Must have 2 years of dozer experience working with subcontractors. setting grade, and backfill
  • Ability to understand and follow the grade
  • Understanding of soil types and knowledge of shoring, bracing, and sloping
  • Daily work plans, reports, and timecards
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or company security operations for the protection of people and property.
Location & Commitments
  • Project Location – Boise, Idaho
  • Evening/weekend work may be necessary to meet milestones
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 years of dozer experience
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required
  • Criminal background check required
  • Adhere to all safety requirements
  • Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
