Looking for Service Helper Roofer for roof repairs on commercial flat roofing projects.

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the nation ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors, and on-going roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

Purpose: Hands-on, customer focused and able to survey existing roof conditions, investigate and diagnose leaks, provide accurate cost estimates for small scope repair work, and make warranted roof repairs on various types of commercial roof systems as required.

Duties

• Asist with routine roof inspections, maintain manufacture warranties and preform leak repairs on commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Asist with repairs and small scope construction on Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-up and Modified Roof Systems, etc.
• Asist with a wide range of metal roofing repairs;
  Flashing, Wall Panels, Fascia, Soffit

Functions, And Responsibilities Of The Job

• Work with Service Foreman to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company- primarily repairs and inspections. Some tear-off, smaller installation and other jobs as assigned
• Be prepared to learn all aspects of jobs assigned by the foreman or lead man as necessary for job completion
• Need to be a quick learner
• Hard working and punctual individual
• Enjoys working outside and working with tools
• Previous construction experience is preferred, not required
• Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Ability to travel out of state as needed
• Collaborate with the team for the benefit of all
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)

• Full Time, Paid Hourly $18/hr. to $21/hr. (depending on knowledge experience)
