• Excellent pay: $30–$40 per hour DOE

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Replace and install rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate service reports using mobile devices or tablets

• Experience:
  
  4+ years of commercial HVAC service preferred
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Universal, state HVAC license (or ability to obtain)
• Skills:
  
  Good communication and basic computer proficiency
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Lift 25–50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Other:
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• On-call rotation as scheduled
