RV Tech Team Leader (Boise)

Dennis Dillon RV needs an EXPERIENCED RV technician to come on board. We just built a great big new indoor showroom and we are expanding. If you are a master RV tech looking to build your own team, or an apprentice apply today.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests on RV systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and suspension adjustments.
  • Repair and replace components such as air conditioning units, electrical systems, and transmissions.
  • Utilize dealership experience to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Uphold safety standards and guidelines while working on RVs to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
  • Automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
  • Experience with hand tools and vehicle maintenance
  • Proficiency in working with transmissions, oil changes, air brakes, alignment, suspension, and HVAC systems
  • Previous dealership or service technician experience preferred
  • Electrical experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform auto body repair, soldering, heavy lifting, and welding
  • Strong customer service skills and sales experience
  • Certification in maintenance-related fields is beneficial
